What Autumn does
Autumn links a hotel's operating data to ChatGPT so questions about occupancy, rates, reservations, and marketing are answered from the property's own records rather than from general knowledge. Typical questions cover occupancy against the same period a year earlier, ADR and RevPAR across a quarter, room types priced below where they might sit, guest spend, and recent Google Ads results.
The figures come from several connected sources: a property management system (one of Mews, Cloudbeds, or ResNexus), rate plans, a Google Ads account, and reviews left on Google, Booking.com, and Expedia.
Every tool is read-only. Rates stay untouched, reservations are not modified, and nothing is written back to the PMS. An active Autumn subscription is required, and workspace access is authorized through OAuth on first use.
