Baxo opens a company's people data to ChatGPT for owners, admins, and managers who have been authorized to see it. Available material includes workspace summaries, team member records with sensitive fields stripped out, the state of review cycles, reviews still outstanding, saved growth themes, raw answers from finished reviews, pulse responses and their summaries, and the full text of recognition messages.
Access boundaries are part of the design. A manager sees direct reports and nothing wider. Replies to anonymous pulse surveys arrive without identifying who wrote them. Member email addresses, billing records, secrets, and feedback the requester is not cleared to read are all withheld, and the app performs no write actions of any kind.
