Business Strategy Builder

This app walks through building a business strategy, for a company being started as well as one already trading. The questions push toward language that explains what the business does, for whom, and why that matters, and toward making real trade-offs instead of keeping every option open.

The result is a Business Strategy Canvas that fits on a single page and then acts as a reference when priorities are set or decisions compared.

At the end the canvas can be exported as a PPTX file, which is what makes it shareable with co-founders, colleagues, clients, or other stakeholders: pitching it, getting agreement on it, or opening a strategy session with everyone reading the same page.
