Who it is for
Product managers and customer-facing teams that already keep their feature requests in Canny.
Overview
Canny connects a ChatGPT session to a team's Canny feedback account. Questions can be put directly to the data: which feature requests carry the most ARR behind them, what enterprise accounts are asking for, or what the product team shipped in a given quarter.
It also takes feedback in. A call transcript or a support ticket can be handed over, and Canny's Autopilot captures the feedback inside it, removes duplicates, and files it. Individual items can be attributed to a person or a company, and Salesforce opportunities or HubSpot deals can be linked to ideas.
Roadmap upkeep sits on the same surface: creating and editing views that narrow the feedback list, and changing statuses and custom fields so the record stays current for the team and for the customers watching an idea.

Reading, intake, and roadmap edits all happen through the same connection rather than reading alone.
Availability
Canny is listed in the ChatGPT apps directory only. Canny Inc. has no connector under the same domain in the Claude directory; 392 of the 3,150 products here are on both marketplaces, and this is not one of them.
ChatGPT apps are built on MCP, and the same server can back a Claude connector, so the absence is a distribution decision rather than a technical one.

This is an independent catalogue entry compiled by Node8 from Canny's public marketplace listing as it stood in August 2026. Listing facts come from the marketplaces; the comparisons against the rest of the directory and any live-endpoint measurements are Node8's. Node8 is not affiliated with Canny Inc., and inclusion here is not an endorsement.
Node8 builds MCP servers end to end: deciding which tools are worth exposing, the authentication and permission model, the review submissions, and the onboarding that gets them used. One server serves ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
