doola turns the setup of a United States limited liability company into a conversation. The agent asks about the intended business, gathers the details a filing needs, and then returns a link that leads to checkout and the doola dashboard. The work behind that link stays with doola: the state filing, registered agent duties, and the documents that come out of formation.
The service is built for founders based outside the United States, and a Social Security Number is not a requirement for using it. Wyoming is the only state available at the moment, with doola saying further states are being added.
