What JobPhoning does
JobPhoning runs outsourced telephone prospecting, connecting client companies with tele-operators. This app exposes the platform's figures in read-only form: key performance indicators, missions, the operators working them, call states, and an activity timeline.
Questions are asked in ordinary French. The record's examples include a contact rate for the current month, the number of appointments booked yesterday on a particular mission, and a breakdown of one operator's breaks that morning. Responses come back formatted and within scope.
