Kitchen Agent links ChatGPT to a kitchen operations system that a chef controls. Notes and photographs captured during service are gathered into review drafts, and figures on sales, food cost, and prep labor are drawn from records that have already been approved.
Beyond reporting, it forecasts demand by menu item, works out prep batches and ingredient requirements, and prepares vendor orders for a person to check.
