Skylar runs sales practice through simulated conversations. A manager can find a relevant roleplay scenario and start a session from inside ChatGPT, then look back at coaching progress once sessions have accumulated.
The reporting side tracks how individual reps develop across time, and that record is what the app uses to point at gaps. From there it suggests which practice to run next for a given person.
