What Sponja does
Sponja gives a buyer part way through an evaluation a way to question the materials a sales rep assembled for that specific deal: the proposal, pricing, a recorded demo, and security documentation.
Answers are restricted to those files and each one names the source it came from. When a question falls outside what the materials cover, the app says so rather than filling the gap, and it can flag the question for the rep instead. General questions about how Sponja itself works are handled too.
A secure sign-in scopes each connector to one buyer and one deal. On first connection a welcome card shows a snapshot of the deal along with a few starting questions.
