What Tailwind does
Tailwind manages Pinterest publishing from a chat session. It lists the Pinterest accounts already connected, the boards inside them, and the times it recommends for posting.
Pins can be drafted and left for review before anything goes out, scheduled to a named board for a particular day and hour, moved to a different slot, or deleted while still unpublished. The queue itself can be read back, which answers the question of what is due to publish in a given week.
Scope is limited to Pinterest and to scheduling work: creating, timing, reviewing, and removing Pins that have not yet gone live.
