What Vettara does
Vettara handles executive search sourcing. From ChatGPT, an authorized workspace user can draft a search brief, create a session that stays editable before anything runs, and then launch a private candidate search.
Running searches can be checked for status, and results come back in a compact form for review. Finished projects can be exported as CSV.
Access goes through Vettara OAuth, and each person sees only what their workspace permissions allow. The app is limited to sourcing and research: it does not decide who gets hired. The developer's sample prompts include a preflight that shows search criteria without starting a run.
