Overview
What Synthflow does
Synthflow builds voice agents that place and answer phone calls. The connector opens a linked Synthflow workspace to ChatGPT, covering agent creation and configuration, the actions an agent can take on a call (sending SMS, transferring, booking, calling a custom API, extracting data), and the surrounding records: knowledge bases, phone numbers, contacts.
Call reviews, analytics, and simulated conversations against an agent are also available from chat. The connector reads workspace data and can write changes to it. Actions that destroy data, deletions among them, are marked as such. Two skills ship with it, one for reviewing prompts and one for reviewing calls.
