What Shutterstock does
The Shutterstock app searches stock libraries for material matching a described subject, style, mood, or setting. Images, video, music, and sound effects are all in scope, and several image searches can be grouped into one request.
Results come back as watermarked previews with basic metadata attached, enough to compare candidates and build a shortlist. The example prompts describe that work directly: weighing hero images for a campaign, matching clips to a storyboard, or gathering assets for a launch.
The limits are stated in the record. The app finds and presents existing stock media. It does not generate assets, edit them, license them, or download files.
