Who it is for
Data teams that already run their analysis in Deepnote and want notebooks inspected, executed or drafted from a chat session.
Overview
Deepnote is a collaborative environment where teams keep notebooks, SQL queries, small applications and scheduled data work. The connector gives ChatGPT access to projects inside a linked Deepnote workspace.
Once connected, notebooks can be inspected and executed, workspace context can be pulled into an analysis, and results can be turned into something shareable. Listed capabilities are read, write and interactive, so the app is not limited to retrieval: it can edit notebooks and create new ones. Sample requests include summarizing recent notebook activity, reviewing active data connections, and building a notebook that compares index performance across several years.
Five skills are registered, covering notebook editing, data execution, link handling and general workspace operations.

Write access to notebooks sets it apart from analytics connectors that only read finished results.
Availability
Deepnote is listed in the ChatGPT apps directory only. Deepnote, inc. has no connector under the same domain in the Claude directory; 392 of the 3,150 products here are on both marketplaces, and this is not one of them.
ChatGPT apps are built on MCP, and the same server can back a Claude connector, so the absence is a distribution decision rather than a technical one.
ChatGPT listing
Deepnote declares 5 named skills, which puts it in the 6.7% of ChatGPT-listed apps that do.

This is an independent catalogue entry compiled by Node8 from Deepnote's public marketplace listing as it stood in August 2026. Listing facts come from the marketplaces; the comparisons against the rest of the directory and any live-endpoint measurements are Node8's. Node8 is not affiliated with Deepnote, inc., and inclusion here is not an endorsement.
Node8 builds MCP servers end to end: deciding which tools are worth exposing, the authentication and permission model, the review submissions, and the onboarding that gets them used. One server serves ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
