Formester

Formester handles the responses collected by forms built on its platform. Submissions can be searched conversationally, narrowed by date or by status, and read individually.

Beyond retrieval, the app generates its own annotations: sentiment, category assignment and short summaries, which are written back onto the submission as custom fields rather than left in the conversation. Files attached to a response are processed too, including PDFs and images, so a submitted document can be read and summarized alongside the form answers.

The example prompts show both modes: pulling thirty days of submissions from a named form together with their ratings, and opening one specific submission to work through its attached PDF. Any form built in Formester is in scope.
