Who it is for
Product and research teams collecting in-app survey feedback with Refiner.
Overview
Refiner SASU built this app to work over survey data already gathered in a Refiner account. Once the account is connected, results from CSAT, NPS, and other in-app surveys can be questioned directly in conversation.
The work it supports is largely interpretive: summarizing what respondents said, spotting themes that are starting to appear, and identifying what pushes a satisfaction score up or down. Free-text answers get particular attention, since those are the responses that resist counting.
The developer's example prompts show the span: a current NPS figure, the factors sitting behind a CSAT score, and a summary of open answers with verbatim comments about interface problems pulled out.

It is aimed squarely at qualitative response text rather than the headline score alone.
Availability
Refiner is listed in the ChatGPT apps directory only. Refiner SASU has no connector under the same domain in the Claude directory; 392 of the 3,150 products here are on both marketplaces, and this is not one of them.
ChatGPT apps are built on MCP, and the same server can back a Claude connector, so the absence is a distribution decision rather than a technical one.

This is an independent catalogue entry compiled by Node8 from Refiner's public marketplace listing as it stood in August 2026. Listing facts come from the marketplaces; the comparisons against the rest of the directory and any live-endpoint measurements are Node8's. Node8 is not affiliated with Refiner SASU, and inclusion here is not an endorsement.
Node8 builds MCP servers end to end: deciding which tools are worth exposing, the authentication and permission model, the review submissions, and the onboarding that gets them used. One server serves ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
