Trussi AI links a Trussi roofing CRM to ChatGPT for staff who would otherwise work through the CRM interface. Lookups cover projects and customers in full detail, including status, quotes, files, and measurements, plus pipeline views, dashboards, rep leaderboards, monthly revenue, receivables, and marketing channel results. Calendar, labour, and delivery schedules can be pulled for a day or a date range, and saved reports run as they do in the product.
Write actions are separate. With the right scope, a user can add comments, create calendar events and quotes, advance a project through the pipeline, and send email or text to a customer.
Sign-in uses OAuth 2.0 with PKCE, and read and write are approved as distinct scopes. Access is checked per request against role and branch.
