## What Outside Agent does

Outside Agent takes a description written in ordinary language and produces a hosted agent from it, without a separate build step outside the coding agent. The finished agent can be published to SMS, voice, and the web.

The app assembles the configuration itself, grounds the agent in content supplied by the account holder, and puts the result through a safety review before it ships. A knowledge base can be seeded, draft replies can be previewed ahead of publication, and a phone number can be issued to the agent.

Agents already built are listed and managed through the same conversational interface. One skill, build-an-agent, is attached to the entry.
