What Contact Center AI Association does
This app is a member-facing tool for the Contact Center AI Association. Access begins with linking a CCAIA account; without that connection there is nothing to query.
Once connected, a member can search association material: chapter information, policy and procedure documents, member records, and general resources. Event registration runs through the same conversation, so signing up for a meeting does not mean a separate trip to the website.
When a request falls outside what the app can answer on its own, it can raise a support ticket and route the question to a person for follow-up. The app is built by ProxyLink.
