What Replio does
Replio is a training platform where staff rehearse conversations by speaking with AI personas and are scored afterwards, with managers able to follow results. The ChatGPT app covers the setup and monitoring side of that workflow.
After connecting a Replio account or entering an access code issued by a manager, the app walks through naming a project, adding company material by pasted text, links, or document upload, reviewing suggested training goals drawn from those documents, generating and editing personas, assembling a knowledge quiz, and activating the project for trainees.
Reporting covers session KPIs and recent activity. The spoken practice sessions themselves run on replio.eu rather than in chat, in 58 languages, on EU hosting with GDPR compliance.
