What BODi does
BODi, previously Beachbody, is a fitness catalogue of more than 140 guided programs and upwards of 8,000 individual workouts, some needing equipment and some not. Named programs include DIG DEEPER, 21 Day Fix, P90X, Insanity, and #mbf Muscle Burns Fat, with trainers such as Jennifer Jacobs, Shaun T, Megan Davies, and Autumn Calabrese.
The ChatGPT app is a matching layer over that library. A goal described in ordinary terms, building strength or finding yoga that fits under half an hour, returns program suggestions with guidance on the fit. Choosing a plan, not playing a workout, is what happens in the conversation.
