Calio searches a published recipe catalog and returns dishes matching the constraints given. Filters cover ingredients already on hand, meal type, a calorie ceiling, dietary preference, and ingredients to leave out. Results arrive localised with estimated nutrition figures attached, and prompts written in languages other than English are handled.

Access is anonymous and read-only. Private Calio account data stays out of reach, including meal logs, saved goals, favourites, billing records, and personal collections. The nutrition information is general: the app does not diagnose conditions, treat illness, advise on medication, or stand in for a clinician.
