What ChefPlan does
ChefPlan covers two jobs. The first is arithmetic: entering weight, height, age, sex, activity level, and goal returns basal metabolic rate, total daily energy expenditure, and a macro breakdown, calculated with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation.
The second is recipes. A dish can be looked up by name or drawn at random, and arrives with a photo, an ingredient list, and numbered preparation steps. Both parts run inside the conversation, so a calorie target and something to cook against it can come out of the same exchange without opening anything else.
