Joules is a cycling assistant that runs inside ChatGPT conversations. It covers the ordinary work of following a training program: looking back over sessions already done, sketching out what the next week should hold, and recording rides once they are finished.

The record describes it handling changes too. When something outside training interferes, such as travel or an unexpected commitment, workouts can be shifted rather than abandoned. Race plans and coaching notes are kept up to date in the same place, so the context behind a plan does not drift away from the plan itself.
