Pacing takes a running workout worked out in conversation and moves it onto a phone as a real session. The handoff happens through a card, a code, a deep link, or a QR scan, which removes the step of retyping splits into a notes app.

What can be requested spans single sessions and full plans: an interval set of 6x800m, a threshold tempo, something easy and long, or a multi-week build running from couch-to-5K up to marathon distance.

In the mobile app the workout becomes live coaching. Voice cues call each interval, flag pace drift, and give warning before a change. Heart-rate zone guidance is optional, and on supported iOS devices the live reading can come from AirPods Pro 3. Paces can be edited, the session saved or scheduled, and no GPS watch is required.
