The Peloton app inside ChatGPT is for finding classes and assembling plans. Requests can be filtered by length, difficulty, and goal across cycling, running, strength, yoga, meditation, and other disciplines, and instructors can be looked up as well.

There are two levels of access. Browsing works as a guest. Connecting a Peloton account adds saving, so individual classes and whole training plans can be written to a schedule.

The example prompts are specific: details of a named twenty minute run with a particular instructor, or a set of twenty minute hip hop running and strength classes. Both show filtering down to a single class rather than a broad category, and the listing describes the catalogue as covering beginners through to structured training.
