What Daft.ie does
Daft.ie brings Irish property listings into a chat interface. The scope is homes for sale, searched by describing what is wanted rather than by setting filter controls on a website.
Results arrive with photographs, listing text, asking prices, and maps. Two presentations are available: a carousel of individual listings, or pins on a map, which makes location and nearby amenities easier to read at a glance.
Search criteria the record names include price ceiling, number of bedrooms, property type, BER rating, floor area, and specific towns or Dublin postal districts. New builds can be singled out. The record covers sale listings and says nothing about rentals or about completing any transaction through the app.
