Deglaze

Deglaze connects an existing account to ChatGPT so that cooking ideas start from a household's own collection: recipes saved off websites, social platforms and cookbooks, plus a meal plan, a grocery list, food preferences and a record of past cooking.

Suggestions can be drawn from that library or from a wider discovery database, shown as recipe cards and saved back when worth keeping. New recipes can also be written during the conversation, from ingredients mentioned or a family standard being recorded for the first time.

Scheduling is the practical end of it. A recipe goes onto the meal plan, its ingredients move to the grocery list with named items left out, and the list can be edited during a shop. Stored preferences steer around allergies and avoid repeating recent dinners.
