Zillow brings its United States listing database into chat, covering homes for sale and rentals. Listings carry photos, maps, financing information, and tour scheduling, so a property can be assessed in some depth before an in-person visit.
What separates it from a filter-based portal is how a search gets expressed. Priorities can be described in ordinary sentences: a budget in a named city, a two-bedroom rental with good light, what is affordable near a particular downtown.
