Booking.com brings three of its product lines into chat: places to stay, rental cars, and attractions or experiences at a destination. The accommodation side covers hotels, private homes and the categories in between, and all three lines are searched in the same conversation.
Searches are phrased conversationally, for example asking about hotels in a particular neighbourhood or things to do in a city. Options come back in the conversation to look through.
Booking is not completed there. Each result carries a view link across to Booking.com, where the stay, the car or the attraction ticket is finalised.
