Cognito MCP covers a form's whole life inside ChatGPT. A form is described in words and built from that description, then submissions are queried, entries edited, and attached files or documents retrieved as responses arrive.
The listed examples span the range: creating an intake form with contact fields and a file upload, adding an entry to an onboarding form, downloading a signed agreement from a specific entry, closing a form and setting the message shown afterwards, and counting outstanding invoices in a billing form.
