Form Field Extractor

Form Field Extractor reads pasted form text and returns what it finds as a structured result. It picks out lines that look like form entries, separates names from values, can normalise those names on request, flags fields left empty, and adds a short summary of the extraction.

Document types the record expects are registration, application, customer intake, feedback, and onboarding paperwork, plus similar business forms.

Its limits are stated at length, and they amount to writing nothing anywhere. Forms are neither submitted nor altered. Required fields go unchecked, no judgement is offered on whether a form is complete enough to send, and applications are neither approved nor declined. Nobody is contacted by email or telephone, and no CRM, database, or other outside system is touched.
