Overview

## What Genesys does

Genesys stores memory as a graph instead of a list. Each memory is a node, links between them are typed as causal edges, and any retrieval can be interrogated: the app reports a relevance score, how connected the memory is, and how often it has been reactivated. Chains can be traced from a decision to its consequences.

The graph is held outside any single AI vendor and behaves the same with ChatGPT, Claude, and other MCP-compatible models, so it survives a change of assistant. Direct control covers permanent pinning, inspecting the health of the graph, and hard deletion at any time.

Pruning follows a scoring method the record calls neuroscience-inspired, combining relevance, causal connectivity, and reactivation; only entries that fail on all counts and carry no pin are dropped.

### Who it is for

People who move between AI assistants and want accumulated context to follow them rather than start over.

### What stands out

Retrieval is explainable: the app can state why a given memory surfaced and how it connects to others.

## Where Genesys is listed

Genesys is listed in the ChatGPT apps directory only. astrixlabs.ai has no connector under the same domain in the Claude directory; 392 of the 3,150 products here are on both marketplaces, and this is not one of them.

ChatGPT apps are built on MCP, and the same server can back a Claude connector, so the absence is a distribution decision rather than a technical one.

This is an independent catalogue entry compiled by Node8 from Genesys's public marketplace listing as it stood in August 2026. Listing facts come from the marketplaces; the comparisons against the rest of the directory and any live-endpoint measurements are Node8's. Node8 is not affiliated with astrixlabs.ai, and inclusion here is not an endorsement.

## Want your company reachable inside ChatGPT and Claude?

Node8 builds MCP servers end to end: deciding which tools are worth exposing, the authentication and permission model, the review submissions, and the onboarding that gets them used. One server serves ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
