Overview
## What HTMLvault does
HTMLvault takes HTML, checks it for sensitive content before it goes anywhere, and returns a hosted link. The scanner is regex based and looks for emails, phone numbers, API keys, AWS credentials and Stripe keys, plus a Google Safe Browsing check that stops anything already flagged as malicious; enterprise accounts may add key-supplied AI scanning at configurable sensitivity.
Published links stay out of search indexes, support auto-expiry and retention windows down to zero, and can carry a password. View tracking records unique visitors, device and geography, the referrer, how far down a page a reader got and how long they stayed, with attribution held per recipient and per channel on outbound campaigns. Eight tools are published, covering publication, listing and updating existing links, analytics, pre-publication scanning and minting tracked per-recipient URLs. Free accounts are capped at fifty links a month with a thirty day expiry; paid tiers lift both and allow editing after publication.

## How HTMLvault describes it
> HTMLvault is a secure HTML link-sharing platform built for teams that can't risk a compliance incident. Paste or generate HTML — from Claude, a report, a landing page, anything — and HTMLvault scans it for PII and secrets, sanitizes it, and returns a clean, trackable link in seconds. Every link is automatically checked against a regex-based PII/secrets scanner (emails, phone numbers, API keys, AWS credentials, Stripe keys, and more) before it publishes, and against Google Safe Browsing to block known-malicious content. Enterprise accounts can layer bring-your-own-key AI scanning on top with configurable sensitivity. Links are never indexed by search engines, support configurable auto-expiry and data-retention windows down to zero-retention, and can be password-protected. Every view is tracked: unique visitors, geography, device, referrer, scroll depth, and time on page, with per-recipient and per-channel attribution for outbound campaigns. Through this connector, Claude can publish HTML as a shareable link, list and update your existing links, run analytics on any link, scan HTML for sensitive data before publishing, and mint tracked per-recipient URLs for a link — all without leaving the conversation. A typical use: draft a report or landing page in Claude, say "vault this," and get back a secure link ready to send. Free accounts get 50 links/month with a 30-day expiry cap — the same limits as the web upload form. Pro and Enterprise accounts get unlimited links, configurable expiry, and can edit HTML after publishing.
