JP Bid serves public tender information from the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency's KKJ procurement portal over MCP. The listing describes filtering by keyword, prefecture, industry and qualification grade; scoring and ranking tenders against a company's own profile to set follow-up priority; extracting participation conditions and deadlines from attached PDF and HTML specifications; checking qualification eligibility against a firm's region, category and grade; and exporting shortlists as CSV or deadlines as ICS calendar entries.
