KaiCalls links a business phone system to an assistant. Recent calls and their transcripts can be read, along with voicemails, texts, leads, campaigns, and call analytics, so questions such as who rang today and what they wanted are answered from actual account activity rather than a separate dashboard.
Text messages and voicemail records sit alongside the call log, so the history is not limited to conversations that were answered.
