What Lattice does
Lattice is performance management software, and this app brings the record it holds into ChatGPT: reviews, one to one notes, feedback, goals, and weekly updates. Questions about a team are answered from that material rather than from a manager's recollection.
The round trip is the notable part. A review can be drafted from the accumulated history and then submitted back to Lattice from inside the conversation, without opening the web application. Preparing the reasoning for a calibration meeting is given as another use.
