Lloyd draws on The L Suite, a private membership community of in-house general counsel and their legal teams that the listing numbers at more than 2,500, and makes that body of peer discussion answerable in ChatGPT. Questions can concern negotiation approaches, precedent, playbooks, or benchmarks, and answers arrive attributed, with citations pointing back at community sources.
A second function looks up vendors: the legal software, service providers, and outside counsel that other members have engaged.
