What Order by Cash App does
Order by Cash App handles restaurant ordering from the first question through payment. A request can be as loose as asking what would be good for lunch; the app reads that as a search across nearby restaurants rather than needing a name.
From a result, the menu opens in the conversation, individual items can be customised, and the order is placed without leaving ChatGPT. That last point separates it from apps that hand off to a website at checkout.
It is built by Block on the Online Ordering by Cash App service. Reordering a previous favourite is named alongside discovery of somewhere new.
