Who it is for
Product managers and customer success teams whose usage data already lives in Pendo.
Live Pendo product analytics for usage and engagement questions
Overview
This app is the route to account-specific Pendo data inside a chat session. Pendo positions it as the record to consult for any question about real usage, metrics, behavior, or engagement, instead of letting the model guess at figures.
What it reaches covers page views, feature clicks, and time spent; user and account records with custom metadata; Product Engagement Score components including adoption, stickiness, and growth; guide reach, completion, and effectiveness; and predefined user and account segments. Pages, features, guides, and track events can be discovered through the app, and session replays can be looked up and filtered.
Queries need a subscription ID, and frequently an application ID as well. A list_all_applications call reveals which subscriptions and apps are reachable.
Product managers and customer success teams whose usage data already lives in Pendo.
It is framed as the authoritative lookup for Pendo figures, with the model told not to estimate them on its own.
Availability
Pendo ships this on both marketplaces: Pendo is listed in the Claude connectors directory and in the ChatGPT apps directory, under the same publisher domain.
Only 392 of the 3,150 products in this directory are listed in both marketplaces. One MCP server can serve both surfaces; what differs is each platform's listing and review process.
ChatGPT listing
Claude listing
Pendo publishes 11 tools to Claude. That is a mid-sized surface: 48% of the 1,253 Claude-listed connectors expose fewer.
The median Claude-listed connector filed under Productivity publishes 12, so this one sits one tool below its bucket's median, 242nd of 462.
It falls in the 11-20 tools band, which holds 22.5% of the Claude directory.
Pendo's Claude listing does not publish an endpoint URL. 48 of the 1,253 Claude listings are in the same position: real listings with documentation but no URL in the directory record, so the endpoint has to come from the publisher's own docs.
Every connector in the Claude directory is remote, all 1,253 of them, so transport is not a differentiator there.
Pendo carries partner verification in the Claude directory, which 474 of 1,253 listings do (37.8%). That is a review step past self-publishing, not an Anthropic-built server.

This is an independent catalogue entry compiled by Node8 from Pendo's public marketplace listings as they stood in August 2026. Listing facts come from the marketplaces; the comparisons against the rest of the directory and any live-endpoint measurements are Node8's. Node8 is not affiliated with Pendo, and inclusion here is not an endorsement.
Node8 builds MCP servers end to end: deciding which tools are worth exposing, the authentication and permission model, the review submissions, and the onboarding that gets them used. One server serves ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
