Work is organised into an attention queue for decisions, reviews and approvals, an agent queue of scoped work that can run unattended, a backlog promoted from deliberately, and shipped records noting what was done and how it was verified. Nothing promotes itself between lanes. Setup connects over OAuth through GitHub or Google, after which an agent can read a repository and import an existing roadmap into the lanes.
