Draft a listing, add a note to a property, record an offer, or answer a buyer, without opening the dashboard. Four views render inline rather than as raw text: your listings as photo cards with price, status and BER rating, your portfolio against list, reserve, goal and highest offer, your enquiries with unread counts, and your viewing diary. Anything that changes data is deliberately two steps. The tool returns a summary of exactly what it will do plus a confirmation token, and does nothing until you approve it. Sending a message to a buyer, publishing a listing, changing a listing's status, responding to a viewing request, revoking a review link and inviting a colleague all work this way.
