What Userflow does
Userflow builds in product onboarding flows and surveys. Its official MCP connection lets the data behind those flows be questioned directly in ChatGPT.
Queries can address flows, user segments, individual users and the analytics attached to them, including completion rates, NPS scores, survey responses and event data. Together those make it possible to trace how people move through an onboarding sequence and where progress stalls.
