What Weft does
Weft is a task manager that mixes a kanban board with sprints and drops the ceremonies that usually accompany them. The intended audience is small startup teams, indie makers and solo founders who ship without a project manager.
With an account connected, the board runs through conversation. A request returns a summary of the columns and the sprint in progress, tasks can be searched by keyword across the whole board, new items added to the backlog and their details revised, and work moved between Backlog, Todo, Doing and Done. Sprints can be planned, started and marked complete the same way.
Changes stay in step with the Weft clients on web, desktop and mobile.
