What Conversion does
Conversion is a marketing data platform, and its app splits into reading and writing. The read side reaches email performance figures, campaigns, workflows, forms, sync logs, and the CRM records for contacts and opportunities.
Diagnostic questions are part of the design. Why a particular contact never received a send, why someone failed to enter a workflow, and where a sync with Salesforce or another connected system broke are all answerable through the same interface as ordinary reporting.
The write side is narrower. Creation is possible for blast emails, folders, campaigns, audiences, CSV imports, and contact records, all within the authenticated Conversion workspace of the signed-in user.
