What Ninjo does
Ninjo gives operators control over AI engagement agents from inside ChatGPT. An agent's configuration can be changed, its past conversations read back, and its performance figures pulled up without moving between screens.
The rules around those agents are managed here too. Triggers decide when an agent steps in and workflows describe what follows, and both are editable from the conversation.
Outbound messaging on WhatsApp goes through templates. The app previews a template before anything is sent, and sending is restricted to templates that have already been approved, which keeps an unreviewed message from reaching a customer.
