What ALL Accor does
Accor's app searches the group's hotels and residences, listed at more than 5,700 properties across over 110 countries. The brands run from ibis and ibis Styles at the economy end, through Novotel and Mercure, into lifestyle names such as Tribe, Mama Shelter, JO&JOE and 25hours, up to Raffles, Sofitel, Fairmont, Orient Express and Banyan Tree.
A request can describe the kind of stay wanted rather than a named hotel. Results appear on an interactive map and in a list, with prices, photos, services, guest reviews and room availability shown together for comparison.
ALL members see member rates in place of public ones, and joining the programme is free. The booking itself is completed on ALL.com.
