What Abacor does
Abacor records client meetings, summarizes them, pulls out action items, and files each conversation against the right contact and organization. It is built specifically for accounting practices.
The connector makes that archive searchable from ChatGPT. Notes, transcripts, and summaries from earlier conversations can be queried, including what a particular client asked for or agreed to. Open action items can be listed across an entire book of business or narrowed to one engagement, and a preparation brief can be assembled ahead of a meeting on the calendar. Contacts and organizations synced in from the practice management system are also available for lookup.
