Who it is for
Developers publishing autonomous agents who need a verifiable identity, or who want to check another agent's record first.
Overview
Mnemom deals with trust signals attached to software agents rather than to the people operating them. The main lookup returns an agent's Continuous Trust Rating: a score, a grade, and the accountability evidence sitting behind both, together with a check that the rating carries a cryptographic signature instead of being merely asserted.
Agents can also register themselves. Submitting an alignment card returns a trust reading, and a verifiable identity can be claimed with no human in the loop. A rating can then be published as an embeddable badge for a README or an agent card.
One stated reporting rule shapes how results read: an agent with little history is reported as having little history, not flagged as a problem.

Ratings are signed and checkable, and a sparse record is reported as sparse rather than scored as a negative.
Availability
Mnemom ships this on both marketplaces: Mnemom is listed in the Claude connectors directory and in the ChatGPT apps directory, under the same publisher domain.
Only 392 of the 3,150 products in this directory are listed in both marketplaces. One MCP server can serve both surfaces; what differs is each platform's listing and review process.

Claude listing
Mnemom publishes 15 tools to Claude. That is a mid-sized surface: 59.4% of the 1,253 Claude-listed connectors expose fewer.
The median Claude-listed connector filed under Developer Tools publishes 13, so this one runs 2 tools above its bucket's median and ranks 43rd of 95 by tool count.
It falls in the 11-20 tools band, which holds 22.5% of the Claude directory.
A direct call to the endpoint returned 15 tools, matching the 15 the listing publishes. Probed 2026-08-07.

Claude connects to it over HTTP; there is nothing to install locally.
Every connector in the Claude directory is remote, all 1,253 of them, so transport is not a differentiator there.
https://api.mnemom.ai/mcp?profile=directory Mnemom is community-listed in the Claude directory, the tier 770 of 1,253 connectors sit in (61.5%). It is the default for a self-published server, and says nothing either way about quality.
In the publisher's words
Mnemom is trust infrastructure built for agents, not just the humans who run them. In one chat you can look up an agent's Continuous Trust Rating — the score, the grade, and the accountability evidence behind it — and confirm it's cryptographically signed, not merely asserted. Drop your own alignment card and get an instant trust read back; claim a verifiable identity with no human in the loop; and walk away with an embeddable Trust Rating badge for your README or agent card. Every read is honest about what it knows: a quiet record reads as quiet, never as a red flag. The system tells the truth — and view-source proves it.

This is an independent catalogue entry compiled by Node8 from Mnemom's public marketplace listings as they stood in August 2026. Listing facts come from the marketplaces; the comparisons against the rest of the directory and any live-endpoint measurements are Node8's. Node8 is not affiliated with Mnemom, and inclusion here is not an endorsement.
Node8 builds MCP servers end to end: deciding which tools are worth exposing, the authentication and permission model, the review submissions, and the onboarding that gets them used. One server serves ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
