Production investigations and root-cause work inside coding agents
Overview
Resolve AI links ChatGPT and Codex to the Resolve platform over MCP. Resolve's agents join on-call rotations, triaging and investigating alerts next to the engineers who own the service, and this app brings that surface into the editor instead of a separate console.
Investigations can be opened, followed, and directed. Alerts can be listed and filtered, existing investigations read and summarised, new root-cause analyses started, follow-up questions asked, and an active investigation steered using context that exists locally.
Two further moves close the loop: reading the production profile for one area ahead of a change that carries risk, and turning a finding into local code edits and a pull request. Eight skills are listed on the entry.
On-call engineers and SREs who investigate production incidents and then fix them in code.
The path from alert to pull request stays in one place, production context included.
Availability
Resolve AI, Inc. ships this on both marketplaces: Resolve AI is listed in the Claude connectors directory and in the ChatGPT apps directory, under the same publisher domain.
Only 392 of the 3,150 products in this directory are listed in both marketplaces. One MCP server can serve both surfaces; what differs is each platform's listing and review process.
ChatGPT listing
Resolve AI declares 13 named skills, which puts it in the 6.7% of ChatGPT-listed apps that do.
Claude listing
Resolve AI publishes 11 tools to Claude. That is a mid-sized surface: 48% of the 1,253 Claude-listed connectors expose fewer.
The median Claude-listed connector filed under Developer Tools publishes 13, so this one sits 2 tools below its bucket's median, 51st of 95.
It falls in the 11-20 tools band, which holds 22.5% of the Claude directory.
Resolve AI publishes a remote MCP endpoint. Claude connects to it over HTTP; there is nothing to install locally.
Every connector in the Claude directory is remote, all 1,253 of them, so transport is not a differentiator there.
https://app0.resolve.ai/mcp/v2 Resolve AI is community-listed in the Claude directory, the tier 770 of 1,253 connectors sit in (61.5%). It is the default for a self-published server, and says nothing either way about quality.
In the publisher's words
Resolve AI provides agents to run and fix your production software: on-call agents that triage your on-call alerts, incident agents that investigate incidents to determine root cause with high accuracy, and background agents that run continuous operational work. This Connector brings all three with live production context into your Claude ecosystem. You can pull that context on demand, ask follow-up questions, steer an active investigation with local context, and take a root cause and remediation plan through to a pull request, without leaving Claude.

This is an independent catalogue entry compiled by Node8 from Resolve AI's public marketplace listings as they stood in August 2026. Listing facts come from the marketplaces; the comparisons against the rest of the directory and any live-endpoint measurements are Node8's. Node8 is not affiliated with Resolve AI, Inc., and inclusion here is not an endorsement.
Node8 builds MCP servers end to end: deciding which tools are worth exposing, the authentication and permission model, the review submissions, and the onboarding that gets them used. One server serves ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
